I wanted to know that whether GST is applicable on FREE meal provided to employees.
Please answer in both the cases
1. When the cost of free meal is included in CTC
2. When the cost of free meal is not included in CTC

No. As the component of consideration is missing.
No consideration is charged from employee & same is in course of employment not for business.... Hence no GST attracts (As per schedule III)
