As an Indian resident and proprietor of a GST-registered firm, you are required to charge GST on your services, including online coaching services provided to foreign clients.

The GST liability depends on the nature of the service and the location of the recipient.

Since you are providing online coaching services to foreign clients, this is considered an export of services.

As per the GST laws: - Exports of services are zero-rated, meaning you don't need to charge GST on the services provided to foreign clients. -

However, you need to obtain a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) from the GST authorities to export services without paying GST. -

You also need to ensure that the foreign client is not a GST-registered person in India.
