how can i write letter for i am not applicable under GST.. Plz suggested me sir.

sir,
i am student. my father have a small bussiness. he is a carpenter. furniture maker. we have a very small company. we have no furniture stores or showrooms. we live a very small rent house. my father work contract basis. recent we have a hospital contract on repair some furniture. but hospital's accountant want a letter ( we are not under on GST, or we are not applicable on GST ) for payment.
tell him your turnover is less than 20 lakhs and you do not provide any services outside your store. you can draft this letter and give.
not store, State
now out side state suplly is also exempt if below the limit
please tell me what is the format of writing letter for not applicable under GST
As per My View no need letter... Also it's not under GST...!
