Could you please elaborate your question
one person purchasing recharge voucher from distributor and sold to the consumer but the bill is not given by both dealer and retailer i cannot understand how to record the same

calculate gst on sale as per back calculation i.e. sale price is inclusive of gst amount nd for purchase u need tax invoice for claiming itc else whatever payment made to purchase voucher will be purchase cost
Tell the supplier to issue invoice. After receiving invoice, raise a sales invoices made to outward supplies to customer.
