GST FOR TEACHING AT COLLEGE
I visit a college as visiting faculty and I get some salary from the college. how much is gst chargeable on my salary?

As there is relationship of employer and employee, no GST attracts.
since I am a visiting faculty. I will not be on rolls of their employee list of that college.
@ varun ji, I think you are talking about professional fees. As visiting faculty will get only professional fees not salary and as per gst law, rate @ 18% should be paid under section 9(3) if you are not registered.
Is there any exemption in gst like we had in service tax earlier? my college never charged service tax because my income was less than 9 lakhs per annum from providing services.
