Gst applicability for redevelopement projects

I am from Mumbai.

Our residential property is going for redevelopement.Area of our existing flat is 30.210 sq.mtr and as per our redevelopement agreement will going to get 15.407 sq.mtr area extra and thus total area will going to get is 45.617 sq.mtr after redevelopement.

Would like to know GST applicabality in our above case.

Such construction After having completion certificate (Occupancy Certificate) is treated as a independent works contract service,
which is distinct from the initial construction of residential
complex service. Thus, such additional charges would attract GST
@ 18%, (without any abatements of Land Cost)
