In gst 4 purchase details mandatory or not quality ( July , August , Spe ) month?

it is better to show the purchase in GSTR4.
No need to show purchase details in GSTR 4 in 2nd Quarter. Also no need to next Return if CBIC will confirm or give any notification about the same for fill the details...
