1.Ignou wont make u eligible for admissible in pg course aLL around the world.Try CPA from usa;or PG courses in usa(not sham institutes like tri valley),uk,aus as they require "4 years of REGULAR COLLEGE",which this course isn't.

You can be eligible in india though.

2.As per the Board minutes which i procured via RTI 2 days back;Mrs Neeta Sethi of SOMS;it is said that "100hrs itt and 3 years articleship" clause has been scrapped.If this has been scrapped;how can the ignou-icai mou person say that "submit 3 years arti. certificate and itt marksheet to ignou"?

It also says that the new changes has been communicated to ignou on 23.2.2011.

3. Mr Narasimham had told me this via email "Copy of the marks sheet not reached me. However I have already sent ctredit transfer to SED on 23rd Feb, 2011 without the marks of 100 Hrs IT course, as per the new programme structure modified recently.  You may send the copy of the marks sheet again."

I got the marksheet certificate made via ICAI Ahmedabad with help of NN Sengupta sir as i was asked via letter from SOMS when i applied for pro. certificate in jan2011.

I am really pessimistic about all this going on.

IS 3-4 months is of getting final degree certificate or provisional certificate?

if any university of usa etc is demanding 4 years of college then even delhi university/ state university will not fulfill the eligibity.. so whats the fault of ignou in it !! in india graduation are of 3 years ! u know that !!!

secondly !! i strongly recommend you to contact on 011 29573030 and talk to him...   he i the head of MOU in ignou.. is necessary u should even meet him in maidan garhi... he said to me that now the issues have been sorted and u will not have to wait !! i think its time u should go to maidan garhi , new delhi

This is for sure that ignou is not regular !! but wherver a degree is needed , ignou will fulfill the criterian .. as far as i was told when i contacted the above said contact number !!

1.The people who do from regular colleges like ur DU do 1 year of masters(say MCom) before they apply for PG courses in USA,UK.Or they do 1 year of bachelor's study in that country.I didn't mean that 100pc colleges in USA need regular colleges in graduation,but i reiterate that "good colleges,not necesarry Harvards,Ivy league, require 4 years of REGULAR college.
