Gift to huf and formation of huf

I have recieved cash gift of Rs. from my father. I formed my HUF taking that as CORPUS fund.There is no income from this fund . Now my cousin brother inlaws's HUF wants to give gift of Rs. 2 Lacs to my HUF. Can my HUF accept this Gift ?Can a HUF give gift to other HUF ? Will this gift attract Income Tax ? Will this gift be taken as Income of the recieving HUF ? If, So, then will it be tax free being income below exemption Limit ?
