What are you selling
1. Find out Full value of consideration received or accuring on transfer of LTCA
2. Deduct
a) Expenditure incurred wholly and exclusively in connection transfer
b) Indexed Cost of Acquisition of LTCA
c) Indexed cost of improvement
3. deduct exemptions under sec 54, 54B, 54D.... etc
Balance is taxable as LTCG
