I FILING INC - 7 after prescrutiny submit to e-filing upload error comes for pls prescrutiny ur file
then again prescrutiny file again upload same comes for lots of time

Now days MCA is updating the version of forms so frequently that this error comes even if form is completely filled. So its better to fill only updated version of forms and you can check the date of forms on .which they were updated.

While clicking check form in DIR 12 the message showing is manadatory field interest on other entities not entered The director has No interest in any others entity What to do?
