My father(Senior Citizen) is having fixed deposits in SBI.For F.Y. 2018-19 he went bank to file Form 15 H,but bank employee denied saying that it should be filled by each bank customer online.
Query:- Is it compulsory to file 15 H online though having no internet banking then how it would be possible.
