Hi..
I had opted for MBA(correspondence) course after amnesty scheme provided upto march 31, 2010 with regard to delay of form 112..
Thus, I had to give a late filing of form 112 wid required fees after a delay of about 1 yr 2 months...
Today i received the following letter:-
" It is seen that the application has been submitted after a delay of 1 year 02 months. We hereby inform you that the delay in submission of form 112 for permission to study MBA Course has been condonned by competent authority, as a special case..
How ever plz note that withstanding this condonation , your enrollment as a member of the Institute as and when u apply for the same, after completion of CA course , would get delayed ,as per rules, on account of delay in submission of Form 112"
Wat to do on passing CA final course??How many months is the delay?? I read sumwhere that the delay is 6 months...is it rite??
as it was a correspondence course, wud it have been wiser if i had not brought it to notice of icai and concealed the fact,..im also aware of ca regulations act..did i make a mistake bringing to their notice now itself??
how wud the icai know later that i had pursued such a course if i had concealed now??Can anyone explain to me..
