I recieved salary arrior of 28000 in FY 2017-18.. now I prepare 10E form .... please tell me..when i calculte income of perivous years I can rebate under section 80C like LIC and group accident insurence etc..???? in pervious year. I didnot submit ITR beacause my income under 250000..
