I AM A TRADER. I AM HAVING CC LIIT WITH DHANLAXMI BANK FROM LAST MORE THAN A YEAR. MY 12 MONTH TERM WITH DHANLAXMI ENDED ON 30TH DEC 2012. On 31st Dec 2012 Dhanlaxmi without informing us Closed our CC Limit. When we asked they said that it has been done from Head office. Now since we were not satisfied with the service of Bank. SO we are now swtching to Another Bank Now dhanlaxmi is saying that it will charge 2% Foreclosure Charges. Now I want to know that acording to Dhanlaxmi Sanction terms we were bound to be with them for minimum period of 12 Months which has already ended. Now please guide me what to do if they charge us with Foreclosure.....
