Final eligibility for ipcc students

hiii , can anyone pls provide me the link about the final eligibility criteria for IPCC students ??

i have cleared  IPCC Group 1 exams of May '11 and i am taking up the 2nd group exams in November '11 !! 

can any1 tell me as to when i will be eligible for final exams???

Note: i started my articleship training on 11th august, 2011

you would be able to give final exam after completing 2.5 years of articleship i.e at nov of 2013
