Filling of ITR for a individual who receives money as Insurance commission
If any individual has income from insurance commission during F.Y.2016-17 then in which ITR he will file Return and how.

Yes I filed in ITR4 but the cpc has marked as defective return.
If AY 17-18 then You ll be file ITR 3...
I THINK RAJA JI, YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE ORDERS OF DEFECTIVE INCOME TAX RETURN SEND BY INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT INADVERTENTLY.
I HAVE ALSO SO MANY CASES IN THIS REGARD. BUT LATER ON ITD ITSELF HAS SENT THE INCONVENIENCE ORDERS.

A person having from agency bussniess or in nature of commission or brokerage cannot file ITR-4,he has file ITR-3 in this case and I agree with RAJA P M sir.

I'm not get any notices till date inadvertently. I don't think the Dept is uneducated and they are not doing it all time, all returns, all others....
