Filing returns
If a person registers on the end of August and his turnover is less than 10 lakh. He makes interstate purchases. he is not able to file gstr1 then what should be do?

in case of voluntary registration the date of registration is IMP. all the provisions are applicable from the said date

you can file from effective date of registration
