hi everybody i would like to know the details of Last Date of Filing
I heard that 31.07.2011
But what happened (Form 16 A Holders ) to TDS Amounts.
If they want to get the TDS Amount Back Can they file after 31.07.011
Can u plz explain reg the Filing Dates

Yes return can be filed after 31/07/2011. But the return filed after 31/07/2011 of Ay 2011-12 cannot be revised , so be cautious in filing return. Return can be filed upto 31/03/2013.
You can file as after 31.07.2011 as belated return.
