My question is regarding filing of form MGT7 for a small company. According to CA2013 it need not be digitally signed by a CS .But while filling the form is asking for the details of CS. what is the solution for this

no solution if asking need to affix check other criterias as well for fixation of DSC by cs
Sometimes it happens..Download the form again and fill it carefully this time without selecting the CS signature option below Director. It should be ok.
Current Form MGT-7 requires compulsory digital signature of cs,even in case of small companies, Whereas act states it can be signed by Director of the Company where there is no Company secretary. It seems there is some error in Form.
Sec 92 clearly states that in case of OPC/Small Company , if company secretary is there then MGT7 signed by CS, if not then by a director of the company....
