What is the due date for filing Form 23B, if suppose the company
sends the reappointment letter to the Auditor on 15.11.12 for the
FYE 31.03.10 and FYE 31.03.11 ?

What is the AGM date of your co. for Financial Year 2010-11 & 2011-2012
The due date of Form 23B is always 30days from the date of appointment of auditor.
But do you really mean financial year 2010 - 2011 ??
If you really mean 2010 - 2011 that means most probably the books would have been audited before 30.09.2011. In this case the appointment letter to auditor should be given before the audit of the statement of accounts.
And even if you mean 2011 - 2012 same concept applies as I described above.
For financial year 2012 - 2013 it was extended upto 23/12/12 or 30 days from the date of appointment whichever later
