Hi all..
Are LLP's mandatorily required to register charges created on its asset. Is there any form by which LLP can file particulars of charges with ROC...?
kindly clarify whether the same can be done using CHG-1 FORM...

It is not mandatory to file the charge related form for LLP with ROC.
But if you wish to file, then in form 8 there is column where details of charges can be entered.
