A family trust is created by WILL having interest income only. in 2001 for the benifit of minor children U/S 164 (1) (II), here my question is:
1) Which ITR form is required to be filed?
2) whether this TRUST is eligible for basic deduction (i.e. Rs 160000 for the A. Y. 2010-11) or not?
form -7 yes this limit will be available for trust too
