Extraordinary generat meeting
If matters will not be set out by the requisitionists in notice for EGM....will the EGM be still valid???

no it will not. notice shud clearly state the nature of business to be carried out in the egm with the explanatory statement attached
Extra ordinary general meeting is held to transact or approve certain kind of decisions from members of company. Hence, a Board cannot call a meeting of members unless there the subject of meeting is absent. Hence, in the view of the same you are required to mention the nature of business in the notice of the meeting which to be transacted at the meeting.
