I filed form 8 on 21/01/2011 later on that form was sent for Re-submission on or before 16/02/2014 and track transaction status shows as invalid and not been taken for account. Now what i have to do in this regard, how to extend time for re-submitting form8. Its Urgent Please help solve as early as possible.

Transaction status is 'invalid' becuase form was not re-submitted within the given time. You need to file the form again and try to avoid the mistakes which must have caused re-submission earlier. Hopefully, you have not crossed 60 days limit from the date of charge creation/ modification. If time limit of 60 days is over, you need to approach RD for condonation of delay offcourse after filing the form again. Payment Challan in this case will prompt to go for condonation. This power was earlier with CLB but now its with RD.
But I wonder, how the Form 8 was marked for resubmission since Form 8 is now under STP mode i.e. it gets approved as soon as it is filed.
