What does Exemption in marks means in CA Exams? Either it be IPCC or FINAL.

dear, if u get 60 marks in any subject of any group then u do not have to give that paper again in case u fail in that group's other papers....suppose u get 60 above in audit (1st grp pcc) and very less marks in other two subjects then u hv to only giv those 2 sub again in subsequent exams

If you get marks more than 60 in any subject than we call it as exemption. If in case u dont clear group due to failing in one subject and get exemption in other 2 then u need to write only that particular subject which u have failed. In other case if u dont have any exemption then u need to write all papers incl the papers u have passed.

Thanx for your reply

Also Note that the exemption in each case is valid only for next 3 consicutive attempts.
