I have cleared my CPT in Jan 2011 and so I am eligible for IPCC Nov 2011 exams ... but I didn't wrote exams in nov 2011..
Now I'm going to writing it in May 2012 ....... I wanted to know whether it is termed as my first IPCC attempt OR second attempt ???
If you have not taken the exam, it will not count as a attempt. So in your case May 2012 attempt is 1st attempt. Good Luck.
