hi can can any one suggest that who can attested the Final Exam form (Articleship already Completed)
some says the ony a CA having COP can sing but As mentioned in Login Page of Exam Form Principal/Members can attested the same
my view is that all CA can attested the same whether it is in practise or Not ?
is there any guideline by ICAI regarding this if YEs the provide.

Any practising CA can sign the Exam Application for the articles completed candidate.
FORM CORRCETLY FILL KIYAA HO OR PAYMENT PROCEDURE COMPLETE HO BAS ITNA HE BAHUT HAI
SEND IT BY ATTESTING WITH ANY CA AS U'R TRAINING IS COMPLETED

attestation can be done by a member who posses membership no.
so
membership no. vl be havng wit both PCA or non practising
so any one can do attest
practising felow nned to obtain cop. so just a member is enough
