if mr Ram not Registed in Delhi as urp in delhi if exhibtion in punjab so he applied for casual gst and Casual GST Regsitered in punjab as Casual GST

if goods will be sent to punjab for exhibtion value neary by 300000/- on Casual GST punjab eway bill (Eway id and password created) from delhi (URP) to B2B punjab for exhibion when exhibtion over then send from punjab B2B to delhi urp.

my question if person in any state under urp and self registered as casual GST then through Casual GST received and send to goods original place.

due to avoid penalty

To move goods safely, Mr. Ram must generate an e-Way Bill for both journeys using a Delivery Challan with the sub-type "Exhibition or Fairs." From Delhi to Punjab, the sender is "URP" and the receiver is the "Casual GSTIN." For the return, the Casual GSTIN acts as the sender and "URP" as the receiver.
