Of course lawyers really make good investment bankers.In the IB The deal makers sell ice to the eskimos and lawyers ensure that it is neither liquid no gaseous. Got it. Keep yourself abreast with capital market laws like SEBI guidelines, takeover code, company law, etc. This will be really help.

Yes a law degree will certainly help . Bt its nt jus ur formal training that will get u an IN job but also ur knowledge of capital markets. Study all capital market related laws like SEBI regulations, take over code, also study corporate laws. However you need to have an MBA for that. Its really tough to get into IB off campus
