Esi contribution - if not prefer by employee

Dear All,

Our Employees who are working with a salary below the statutory limit of Rs. 15000/- asked us to not cover in ESI. Is there any option like getting any declaration from them for non-cover.

Any possible ways for non-cover, else any notification for not to cover? The employees are not willing to pay for ESI and asking to not to cover from ESI Contribution. Kindly provide details for the same.
