ERROR IN UPLOADING DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Dear Friends

I want to file return online(ITR - 6 , Company ITR), with Digital Signature for the first time. But during the registration of Director's Digital Signature it is showing following error -

1. digital certificate not issued in the name of company.

2. your name in the certificate does not match with the key person, filled earlier.

3. if your filling the first return of company/ firm/ trust, you have to submit ITR-V only.

Hence, friends whoever knowing the problem must reply as soon as possible
