Friend Rajendra has rightly mentioned that it cannot be filed VOLUNTARILY...
However if u r filing it in reponse of a notice u/s 148, then u have to WRITE "code 14" in the form.

It cannot be filed now as it should be filed before 31.03.08.
Belated return should be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y.
