What if a private limited company has last filed ITR for the FY 2005-2006 and submitted all the form manually to ROC, has not filed ITR and required forms to ROC since then, taking into account that tht status of company on MCA site is "DORMANT" and we want to apply u/s 560 of the companies act for easy exit ?
Is the dormant company required to file ITR for these years ?
Do we need to upload all the requisite forms for these years ?
Can we apply for easy exit scheme u/s 560 without filing the ITR and the other requiste forms which are required to filed on MCA site ?
and if not please guide
