As of now ICAI has not announced the new companies act to be inlcluded in may, 2014 exams. But surely it will be an inclusion in nov, 2014. So will its affect CA Final- Advanced Auditing. I am taking coaching for it now and my attempt is due in May,2015. Will the effect of the applicability of the new comopanies act be so substantial that it will affect my adv. audit's preparation as of now. Please guide me.

I will suggest you to wait for studing Companies Act, 2013.
The old Companies Act, 1956 will applicable for May 2014 attempt.
It may be very much possibility that new Companies Act, 2013 will apply for your Nov 2014 attempt.
The reason is that most of the section of old Companies Act, 1956 has been abolished which has been given in your study module.
One think I want to also clarified that the new module of Corporate law will also issued by Institute in near future.
The only formality is waiting of Notification in this regards.
