One of my client is Educational Society and covered U/s 10 (23C) (iiiad ) and having gross income above taxable limit please suggest which form of ITR I have to file and which documents/ report I have to attach with ITR . Annual receipt is more than Rs.40 Lacs please reply whether regular books of account has to be maintained u/s 44 AA and Audit is required U/s 44 AB or under any other section of the act.
