we all know the institute better, it will surely reply but have patience. e-sahayataa might be overloaded with lots of help mails from guys like us...
but if the mail doesnt come within 12 days contact the branch office.

Hi, You should check the verification mail in your spam box. It might have went there.. Even i had some articleship related problem i got the verification mail in Spam Box. and after that institute clerified my doubt very soon..
Otherwise forward a mail to Icai stating that you have not received the verification mail.
