If you have received a mail from income tax site , then there would be "CLICK" or you may get a link in your email address

if you have given a correct email id.

you should click that "CLICK" option  to open your account or copy that link and paste in address, you will definitely open your account.

they will ask you for mail verification

you will also get option to send mail again

give email id you will get activation mail

hi, due to heavy traffic in the site, it is not possible for register.

There is heavy traffic and therefore we received acknowledgements ITR V after 3 days from filing. You could email ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in or efiling @ incometaxindia.gov.in as they do respond soon.
