There is no AY year concept for ER-7. It is based on FY. For the FY 2010-11 you need file the returns before 30th Apr 2011.

There is no e-filing facilty for this. You need to file manually.

If the income of your society is covered under any of section 139(4A), 139(4B) or 139(4C) then Form ITR7 will apply
