1. Can any 1 tell me wht is the due date for filling itr 7 for A.Y 2010-11 ?
2. Can any 1 tell me that whether ITR 7 be filled online and submitted.
If yes help me out with ITR 7 form in excel format which generates XML format to submit it online.?

15th october 2010 was the due date(Ay 10-11)... ITR 7 & has to be submitted manually

Hi Ashish
There is no AY year concept for ER-7. It is based on FY. For the FY 2010-11 you need file the returns before 30th Apr 2011.
There is no e-filing facilty for this. You need to file manually.
Please find attached relevat nofification.

If the income of your society is covered under any of section 139(4A), 139(4B) or 139(4C) then Form ITR7 will apply
