whether it is mandatory to file return electronically afterwards if i as an individual filed my previous return electronically or i filed it manually also? ( income is less than 10 lacs and not covered under tax audit) ?

You can file manually. You can file online through this url https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
