E filing Query

I am filing a return ITR-5 for a firm. When i try to e file using digital signature and when i want to register i get the following message on the screen

Validation Error

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Digital Certificate is not issued in the name of the company.

Your Name in the Certificate does not match with the Key Persons/Partner Member Information if filed earlier

If you are filing the first return of the Company/Firm/Trust, you have to submit ITR-V only.

Please tell me how should i rectify this problem ?

Has there been a change in Firm constitution and the DSC is of a new Partner?? have you entered the Partners' details with PAN when filing for an earlier AY? Or is this the first Return for the firm?

it appears eFiling with DSC can be done only if the Income Tax database already has the details of the Partners/Directors. In the case of new Partner/Director whose DSC is to be used, this can be done only by filing without DSC and then sending the physically signed acknowledgment to CPC, Bangalore.
