E-filing processing of income tax return

Dear Frndz...

Pls advise me regarding the following...

i had filed an Income Tax return for the Asst. year 2011-12 in april 2011 claiming Refund of Rs.20,000/-, but still now we didnot receive any communication from Banglore CPC (Except, an intimation received for acknowledging the receipt of ITR V). We have verified processing status after logging in Income tax site, but processig status is not avilable and also we checked Refund Failure but it is displaying THERE IS NO REFUND FAILURE.

So friends pls suggest me what course of action and how it can be taken.

CPC Refund Failure Status Details
Reason for Refund Failure :	There is no refund failure. However, it may also be that e-Return has not been processed so far OR No refund was due OR Refund has been delivered successfully.

AND

CPC Processing Status Details Processing status is not available now.

this is what available from Income tax site

Till date the return is not processed....

Please make sure that they have received ITR V in time....

We received an acknowldgement from Banglore CPC through email for acknowledging the receipt of ITR V, so ITR V was received by Banglore CPC.

But my doubt is we received intimations u/s 143(1) for all other assessees, which filed at the same time, except for this assessee.

@ Mr.Dhananjay - U can relax as processing of all ITr for 11-12 have nt taken place.. And if ur refund has any problem,u will receive communication from IT dept.

The same status is being showed in my return for the a.y 2010-11 and also 11-12. What should be done in this case?
