While preparing RPU 2.8 form 26Q the year, the intermediate file was saved after entering the necessary information. As there was some correction to be made the file was not submitted for creation of FVU file. But the intermediary file saved is not opening on clicking the file open. It gives the message 'File for Correction'. How to open the file and create FVU file.

Open > choose Form No.> correction> 1) open a saved correction file (this is what you should choose) not 2) Import Consolidated TDS/TCS File. |

Thanks for the reply. But I have not at all cerated FVU file. I have not tried to open consolidated file downloaded from NSDL. It is an intermediary file containing the data ready for creating the FVU file. The same is not opening. Any way I will try as suggested
