due date for crediting employee's contribution
what is the due date for crediting employee's contribution to claim deduction u/s 36(1)(va) ?? is it due date prescribed on the relevant act or due date for filing return of income under income tax act?

Due date of particular acts. PF and ESIC due date is 15th on subsequent month
Different courts have given different judgement on this. what ruchika is saying as per Gujarat High court decision
The employee contribution in case of both PF & ESIC has to be paid within 15 days from the end of the month.
the employees contribution can be claimed as deduction if it is paid on or before filing Return Of income
