I am trying to update my expired DSC from here - https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=36
But failed every time. Because "select digital signature" button not working for me. Dont know why.
I am using java runtime. Internet explorer, mozilla, crome. 4 different machine, but same issue.
Please help me.

Please ensure you are using windows service pack 2 or vista and you have administrative access to the computer and required 'ActiveX' control settings are enabled in your system.
