doubt regarding roc matter..........

i have uploaded form 1 for incorporation of a pvt co on 04/10/2013.

from then it was displayed " WORK IN PROGRESS" 

on 10/10/2013 it was displayed as "PENDING FOR ACTION"

Ajay ji.... what does it mean.......i am confused regarding the status

Because, they are not sure what to do.........The new Act has been implemented but the ROC official are mainly in trouble that how to handle. So he is waiting for final ules thereon, so he can take action thereon.

So wait for few more days .......

I want to incorporate a pvt co which will be a subsidiary company of an existing pvt company

what is the procedure to be followed for filing of FORM-1A for name approval.

If there is any procedure to form a group of companies under a name starting with the same word.

Eg: RELIANCE GROUP OF COMPANIES
