Dear Sir / Madam,

It would be great if you could mail me the word format of MOA & AOA on ca.hiralshah @ hotmail.com.

I would furthur like to know as to as to what should be done since i have filed the MOA & AOA as per Old Companies Act and received the query "AS PER MINISTRY CIRCULAR NO. 16/2013 CLARIFICATION ON SECTION 98 SHOULD BE COMLIANCED AS PER NOTIFICATION DATED 12-09-2013 NEW COMPANY BILL-2012". Should I alter the whole AOA & MOA and file afresh or should some one could guide me with the relevant changes so that it can be modified.

you have to use resubmission option using the old SRN

you have to file afresh but not to pay fee again

but resubmission option is limited ,so check before filing that all are correct
