Is Donation is Taxable if it doesn’t cover the definition of Section 12AA of CGST Act

If Donor is not receiving Anything in Lieu of amount paid form of donation from Beneficiary It's Not taxable .

conditional donation is taxable i.e if there is any consideration in cash or kind.

otherwise donation is non gst iten
