Domestic Company Surcharge on income tax-Reg

We are Domestic Company.Our Company's turnover is below RS.400/Crores.Shall we pay surcharge on income tax or not.Because Honourable Finance Minister announced Domestic Company tax rate is 22% net taxable rate is 25.17%.iKindly Clarify.

New tax rate announced is 22%
And effective rate 25.17% (this is inclusive of cess and surcharge).
