I have purchase from unregistered dealer who does not issue bill, the amount of purchase is less than R 5000 a day and my question is that where to show the amount of purchase in GST-2,

You ll be show it in GSTR 2 Column no 4b....
Also you can prepare self invoice for the purchase....

self invoice I have to pay tax under reverse charge even if it is less than 5000

No...
No need RCM if less than 5k / day... You just prepare Voucher is enough.

it means no need to show purchase which is less than rs 5000/- from unregistered lealer in get - 2
